4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Service. You must not use the website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, or other malicious computer software.
You are explicitly prohibited from scraping, extracting, or otherwise automatically collecting our proprietary exam questions and explanations.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our mock exams and study materials are designed to help you prepare for Salesforce certification exams. However, we do not guarantee that you will pass the official exams. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
